Configure bands

Open Company → Salary & Equity Bands

Add ranges by role, level, location, and currency.

Create a band

Click “Add Salary & Equity Band,” enter role, level, and ranges, then Save.

Upload CSV (optional)

Use “Upload CSV” to add multiple bands at once. Download the sample to see the format.

Use bands during offer creation

We surface band ranges during offer creation to guide decisions. You can still tailor offers to candidates.
Bands help ensure fairness across teams and reduce back‑and‑forth during approvals.
