Common settings

Name and a short description shown in offers.

Toggle “Require NDA Before Viewing Offers.” If enabled, customize the NDA template presented to candidates.

Default equity type (Options/RSUs), strike price, preferred price, and default payment frequency.

Control whether valuation and ownership appear in offers (configured under Valuation & Comparables).
