Add valuation

Open Company → Valuation & Comparables

Enable “Show Company Valuation in Offers” if you want to display valuation and ownership.

Enter valuation and shares

Add current valuation (USD) and Outstanding Shares to calculate ownership.

Enable comparable companies (optional)

Maintain a list of comparable companies with stage, valuation, date, and comments. Add private notes for your team and public comments for candidates.
