# Log in and reset your password

> Access your ClearOffer account and recover access if you forget your password.

## Log in

* Go to `https://clearoffer.io/login`
* Enter your email and password
* If your email isn’t verified yet, we’ll guide you to complete verification

## Reset your password

  <Step title="Start reset">
    Click “Forgot password?” on the login screen.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check your email">
    We’ll send a reset link. Click it to open the reset form.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a new password">
    Choose a strong password and submit.

      You can now log in with your new password.

## Troubleshooting
