# Salary and equity bands

Use bands to set expectations by level and role, and to drive internal equity.

## Configure bands

    Add ranges by role, level, location, and currency.

    Click “Add Salary & Equity Band,” enter role, level, and ranges, then Save.

    Use “Upload CSV” to add multiple bands at once. Download the sample to see the format.
